Beginning/Mixed Level. We'll be exploring basic techniques and rhythms of the djembe and dun dun drums of Mali, West Africa. We also explore rhythm creatively through jamming, moving our bodies and singing. It is a time to relax, meditate, explore and be energized by the drums with a great group of women friends! Drums provided.
