New England Society for Abandoned Animals Looking for Shelter Greeter
The New England Society for Abandoned Animals (NESAA) is looking for volunteers to support its programs and activities for its no-kill Shelter and Education Center in Centerville. The shelter typically has about 100- 200 cats and kittens in its care.
Currently, NESAA is looking for a Shelter Greeter. This can be a great position for someone who can commit a set number of hours a day or a week, at a set schedule.
The Shelter Greeter is the friendly face to greet anybody walking in the door. He or she will help them with their questions, help with adoptions or take donations and hand out receipts. The volunteer must be outgoing, customer service oriented and flexible, sensitive and diplomatic. (Answering phones will not be needed).
To become a volunteer, go online to www.nesaa.org to download a volunteer application and fax it to (508) 771-7801 or call (508) 771-7800. We strongly recommend sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
