Description:
The Reiki Meditation usually lasts approximately one hour. During each session the participants are guided into a quiet meditation and sit quietly for approximately 30 to 45 minutes listening to soft, gentle music. If they choose, a Reiki Practitioner will individually give Reiki, either hands on or hands off, as the person wishes. This is all demonstrated before the session so that every one understands what happens. Everyone is asked to keep their eyes closed during the meditation. Most people experience a deep feeling of relaxation and it is during this time that healing on all levels takes place.
