Description:
The 2nd Annual Fathers Day Blueberry Pie Eating Contest takes place Sunday, June 18, as part of the doubleheader between Cape Cod Baseball Leagues Cotuit Kettleers and the Brewster Whitecaps at Lowell Park, 10 Lowell Ave., Cotuit.
Ten father-son and father-daughter duos will attempt to eat blueberry pies from Centerville Pie Company as quickly as possible.
The contest will take place at about 4:30 p.m., following the 2 p.m. first game between the Kettleers and Whitecaps. This years winners will get Kettleers merchandise and two pies. The second place team will get Centerville Pie Company gift certificates.
