We hope youll join members of the Womens International League for Peace and Freedom of Cape Cod as they present an exciting multimedia event showing actions for change that will inspire and embolden more actions to ameliorate environmental degradation.

The event will honor Cape Cod women whose work has already made a positive difference by: restoring native habitats, reducing the use of pesticides, getting rid of plastic bags, growing good food for local consumption, preserving public space, using alternative sources of energy.

It will also feature visual art that stirs us to revere our planet, including the sci-fi film trailer created by Rory Marcus titled Saving Gaia: The Seven Thunders, accompanied by an exhibit of art pieces inspired by the film script, curated by Susan Danton of Miller White Fine Arts.

Also featuring performance pieces that present hopes for the future and commitment to environmental action  including dance, music, poetry, etc.

The event will be fun and inspiring! Refreshments will be served.

The admission is free but donations to WILPF will be appreciated.
