CHOCOLATE, COVERED with Pam Matteson
The tradition of giving chocolates for Valentines Day goes all the way back to Victorian times, the truffle originated within that same time, coincidence? We think not!
Join us as we learn the techniques of making all things chocolate just in time for Valentines Day. We will make a rich, lustrous ganache that we will then transform into exquisite truffles. Chocolate barks will be explored and we will finish off the afternoon with a Chocolate Lava Cake.
This class will be filled with demos and if youre feeling confidant, hands on as well.
All students will leave with a box of chocolates for Valentines Day.
