We are very excited to announce that bestselling author and illustrator Jan Brett is coming to Sandwich!! She will be celebrating her beautiful new book, "Gingerbread Christmas." We hope you can join us for a talk and signing on Saturday, November 26 from 5-7pm at the Sandwich High School Auditorium.
Jan Brett is the author of numerous picture books, including The Mitten, Annie and the Wild Animals, The Wild Christmas Reindeer, The Gingerbread Baby and many more. Each book is illustrated in her colorful, intricately detailed illustration style.
The event is $5.00 per adult and free for those 18 and under. (Students must be accompanied by an adult.) Reservations are required.
Jan will offer a presentation and drawing demonstration followed by a book signing. Hedgie the Hedgehog will be there, too! Jan will bring her 45' decorated bus, which will be parked at the high school.
Due to time limitations, Jan will be able to sign only books purchased at the event or in advance from Titcomb's Bookshop.
