BIRD CARVING WORKSHOP
Carver Steven A. Weaver of Wakeby Wildlife Studios will offer a 3-day session for both beginner and experienced carvers on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, October 15, 16, 17 from 9AM to 4:30PM at the Green Briar Nature Center Project is a 1/4 scale Kingfisher on a natural mount
Along with instruction the workshop includes a Kingfisher cutout, natural mount, wire legs and glass eyes. All materials to complete the carving are supplied.
Participants will need their own knives and paint brushes. Fee: $290 for Thornton W. Burgess Society members, $300 for non-members
