Nantucket's annual 4th of July celebration. Face painting, sand painting, dunk tank, watermelon/pie eating contests, kid's parade, pet parade and more. The Grande Finale of the day is the famous water fight with the Nantucket Fire Department at noon. Celebrate Independence Day with fun activities on Main Street. The fun starts at 9:45 with Reveille and then we sing our National Anthem. Then have fun with the Dunk Tank, Matt Fee Tea Toss, Face Painting, Pie & Watermelon Eating Contest, Bike Decorating & Puppet Show. It all ends with the War of ther Hoses water fight at Noon.
