Payomet Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce that Arlo Guthrie will be returning to the tent this season on Wednesday June 29th. Second stop on Guthries Summer 2016 tour is right here at Payomet Performing Arts Center. Throughout the summer Arlo returns to his musical roots - A series of solo performances that harken back to the days beginning in 1961 when, at just 13 years of age, he first walked onto a stage with just a guitar and harmonica Every once in a while I need to return, says Arlo nothing but a few instruments and an empty stage. Its what got me into this mess in the first place and its like going home. .
