The Brewster Department of Natural Resources announces the third annual BEAUTIFY BREWSTER DAY on Saturday, April 30, from 9:30am-11:30am with an appreciation lunch to follow at Brewster Baptist Church from 12:00pm-2:00pm. The rain date for this event is on Sunday, May 1.
Join Brewster Town employees, friends, and neighbors to help beautify Brewster in celebration of Earth Day 2016 (April 22), and to clean up our community in advance of BREWSTER IN BLOOM weekend, May 7-8.
Volunteers are needed for 16 separate sites spread out around Brewster. Each location will have a team leader who will answer questions and provide safety vests, bags, and gloves. In 2015, the teams collected 2,260 pounds of trash and recyclable materials from Brewster roads and streets.
