Home cooking from Italian country kitchens is rustic, inexpensive, and totally delicious. Join us as we explore this traditional yet simple cuisine.
Our menu includes baked olives with citrus and garlic, pasta with arugula and pancetta, braised pork tenderloin with tomatoes, cinnamon, and olives, early autumn vegetable roast, and prune plum torte.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, shirts with fitted sleeves and remove any jewelry. Long hair should be pulled back. Aprons will be provided.
Students will be seated right in the kitchen and will observe cooking instructions from the chef.
All class participants receive a recipe packet and sample the food.
