Description:
    Friuli Style Italian with Chef Austin Peters THURSDAY FEBRUARY 11 from 3-6pm
Friuli is an area of Northeast Italy with its own particular cultural and historical identity. Roast chicken with lemon rosemary salt, Farro with sautéed mushrooms, Apple corn cake.
Students will be hands on prepping and cooking with the chef and should be dressed with safety and comfort in mind. Please wear closed-toe shoes, shirts with fitted sleeves and remove any jewelry.
Long hair should be pulled back. Aprons will be provided.
Students will be seated right in the kitchen and will observe cooking instructions from the chef.
All class participants receive a recipe packet and sample the food.
