    Starter Courses with Chef Austin Peters THURSDAY FEBRUARY 4 from 3-6 pm
Drunken monkey tapenade, Clams casino dip, Grilled figs stuffed with goat cheese and prosciutto, Baked brie en croute.
Students will be seated right in the kitchen and will observe cooking instructions from the chef. All class participants receive a recipe packet and sample the food.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, shirts with fitted sleeves and remove any jewelry. Long hair should be pulled back. Aprons will be provided.
