    Egg, Dairy and Cheese with Chef Austin Peters Four Saturdays: FEBRUARY 6, 13, 20 AND 27 FROM 2-4PM
The course will present the important role that eggs, dairy and cheese have in the kitchen. All three are used in any number of recipes. Of particular concern is the beginning cooks ability to successfully prepare a variety of egg dishes with speed and accuracy.
Also the use, care and understanding of the handling of artisanal cheeses are included in this course. In hands-on classes, you participate in each step of the cooking so you can recreate the experience at home.
Austin will discuss the ins and outs of each recipe, give you valuable tips, and coach you as you work in groups to prepare the dishes. Youll sit down at the end of class to eat the food you prepared.
