John and Rachel Nicholas have been making music together for more than 30 years. They lived in Falmouth for almost 30 years before moving to Maine in 2012. Their original songs are steeped in the varied history of folk and popular music and their lyrics tell stories that are deep and true. They sing of love and loss, and the strivings, comedies and everyday worries of the human heart. They sing with one voice.

David Dodson is a well known singer-songwriter in his own right in Maine and will back up John and Rachel for more than half the show on acoustic and electric guitar. He will also have a mini set of his own as part of the show with John and Rachel backing him.
