Take a low-tide walking tour of a working oyster farm right off the beach at Long Pasture. Youll see how oysters are grown in Barnstable Harbor and choose your own samples to taste.

Then well go inside for a presentation about all things oyster  their history, their role in our environment, and how theyre being farmed around the world.
