Description:
The Town of Barnstable's Annual Memorial Day Parade
Monday, May 25, 2015. The parade stages at 9:30AM at the Centerville Library and steps off sharply at 10:00AM
Parade proceeds down Main Street to Monument Square for a brief program then up Old Stage Road to Beechwood Cemetery for main program.
Keynote Speaker - 2nd Lieutenant Anamaria D. Gaitan, assigned to the 6th Space Warning Squadron, Cape Cod Air Force Station, Sagamore, MA as a Space Operations Officer Crew Commander.
The public is invited to bring pictures of a family member, relative, friend or acquaintance who has passed away and was a veteran with them to the event.
NOTE: The parade will not reform after the program, but streets will remain blocked to cars to allow foot traffic back to the Library.
