Food lovers, rejoice! The second annual Wareham Oyster Festival will be held on Main Street this Sunday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Seafood purveyors from throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island will offer raw oysters and other delicious shellfish offerings. Plenty of other food choices will be available, from festival favorites to sweet treats, including baked goods and artisanal chocolates, as well as beer and wine.
A wide variety of other crafters and artisans will offer their wares, for a total of more than 30 vendors.
Live jazz music will be provided by Mikelyn Roderick and Her Band, and the Southcoast Jazz Orchestra.
Admission is free.
