Description:
"Winter Ways of Native Peoples"
February 17 & 20 from 9:30 AM to 12 Noon
- invites children ages 9-12 to explore animal tracking, cook mock rabbit stew over an open fire, prepare fruit leather, design and create a Native People's Winter Count Calendar and build a lean-to-shelter in the pine woods.
Snow boots and pants a must.
Fee is $40 for members, $45 non-members (2-day class)
