    Cape Cod National Seashore Hosts Winter Film Festival, The National ParksAmericas Best Idea, a Film by Ken Burns, Plus Films for Families on Holiday Weekends From January 18 through February 21 Films will be shown on six Sundays at 1:30 PM at Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham. Refreshments will be provided 30 minutes prior to each film. The movies are free, thanks to generous funding from Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore February 1: The Empire of Grandeur (1915-1919) features the establishment of the National Park Service and the influence of its early leaders, Stephen Mather and Horace M. Albright, and wealthy industrialists who were persuaded to help champion the park system.
