On December 3, Harbor Point at Centerville will hold its 3rd Annual Wreath Auction & Stroll to benefit Hope Dementia & Alzheimers Services, formerly Alzheimers Services of Cape Cod & the Islands.

The auction supports a wide range of essential services for caregivers and their loved ones living with dementia on Cape Cod and the surrounding area. With Harbor Points efforts and the contributions of all who participate, Hope Dementia & Alzheimers Services is able to help more people and provide more free services to the community.
