Description:
Thank you for joining us along the beautiful Cape Cod Canal. In Buzzards Bay Massachusetts, for our 5th Annual 5K/10K Canal Run For The Troops, on Saturday, October 4, 2014 to benefit Cape Cod Cares For Our Troops.
Our run starts at the north west end of the Canal at the Buzzards Bay Recreation Area (next to Massachusetts Maritime Academy) and continues along the Canal's service road/bike path to the Herring Run Recreation Area turnaround, then finishes back at the Buzzards Bay Recreation Area.
The course is flat and paved with a water view the length of the course, there is slight rise as you run toward the Herring Run turnaround.
