Description:
Cape Cod Healthcare and the Be The Match organization will team up with local families for Nick's Fight, an auction-party fundraiser, blood drive and bone-marrow registry, from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at Cape Cod Regional Technical High School, 351 Pleasant Lake Ave., Harwich.
Events will include live and silent auctions, food from local restaurants, and music and dance performances.
A few of the many items up for bid are a VIP Red Sox package for four with limousine service; a Dustin Pedroia-autographed baseball; a 12-foot, handmade Salt Bay skiff sailboat; a one-night stay and golf at Oceans Edge; a Salvador Dali signed print; ferry tickets to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, and dog-obedience training.
Proceeds will benefit The Jimmy Fund for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Tickets: Adults $25, students $10; children under 8 are admitted free
