Household Hazardous Products Collections 2014 at the Barnstable Transfer Station (the dump)
April 5, June 28, August 23, September 27 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
All Residents & Homeowners of Barnstable may participate in the collections.
Collection Checklist includes: - Cleaners & Chemicals - Oven Cleaner, Spot Remover, Disinfectant, Pool Cleaners & Chemicals, Solvents & Degreasers, Photo & Hobby Chemicals, Acids.
- Paints, Polishes & Stains - Oil & Alkyd- Basted Paint/Stain, Paint Thinner & Remover, Solvent-Based Wood Finish, Auto Paint, Marine Paints & Sealers, Metal & Furniture Polish, Wood Preservatives.
- Yard Chemicals - Driveway Sealer with Solvent, Insecticides, Pesticides & Rodent Poison, Weed Killer, Fertilizers with Weed Killer.
- Auto Fluids - Brake & Power Steering Fluid, Bug & Tar Remover, Car Polish & Cleaner with Solvent, Gasoline, Radiator Flush, Camp Fuel.
- Mercury Products - Blood Pressure Gauges, Thermometers & Thermostats, Switches, Mercury in Bottles.
