Barnstable Oyster Farm Tour and Tasting

Description:
Take a low-tide walking tour of a working oyster farm right off the beach at Long Pasture. You'll see how oysters are grown in Barnstable Harbor and choose your own samples to taste. Then we'll go inside for a presentation about all things oyster -- their history, their role in our environment, and how they're being farmed around the world. Shucking lesson included!
