Description:
Harwich Conservation Trust will sponsor Wildlife of Coy's Brook Woodlands, a guided walk with naturalist Todd Kelley at 8 a.m. at Coy's Brook, off of Lothrop Avenue in Harwich. See website for detailed directions.
Participants will look for signs of wildlife, including turtles, snakes, mammals and birds and will learn about their needs and behavior strategies. Trails meander through pine-oak forest and red maple wetland overlooking salt marsh vistas.
