The weekend's family-friendly activities include free bowling and miniature golf, lunch with Santa and a penny-social raffle, with the proceeds going to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, according to organizers. The public is invited to all of those events on Saturday and to have their pictures taken with one of the many Santas in attendance.

While the Santas will arrive Friday, the primary events for the public start Saturday morning, including free bowling until 11:30 a.m. at Ryan Family Amusements, followed by a buffet lunch with Santa at the Irish Village. (Lunch is $10 for adults, $5 for teens and free for children under 12.)

After lunch, there will be free miniature golf at Bass River Sport's World, according to the online schedule, and a Santa parade 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The penny social  for which donors purchase tickets and leave them with the prizes they hope to win  lasts all day, as does a split-the-pot raffle that shares winnings with St. Jude's.
