Description:
February 26, 27, 28 -- Gloriæ Dei Cantores, the 40-voice choir directed by Elizabeth C. Patterson, presents a Lenten Concert at the Church of the Transfiguration, Rock Harbor, Orleans. The central work in the program is Heinrich Schutz's /Saint Luke Passion/. The concert also features selections of Gregorian chant, /De Profundis/ by Arnold Schoenberg, and motets by Bruckner, Palestrina and Nanino. Tickets are $35, $30 seniors, 18 & under free.
