Frank, vocals, and guitar, has been performing on Cape Cod for the last twenty years as a solo artist, as part of Frank and Chev, with the Pollyannas, backing Tianna Esperanza. and more.
Lary Chaplan, violin, began his career with New York underground performers Jackie Curtis as well as the Alan Vega Band. Here on the Cape, he can be seen with the Cape Cod Symphony, Bart Weismans Klezmer Band, and numerous other projects.
Together they play a wide range of music including originals and covers from Tom Waits to Gioachino Rossini, as well as many beloved standards from the American Songbook.
The Off-Track Bettys are the husband/wife duo of Rachel and Gregory Hischak. Both share affinities for a wide swath of musical styles utilizing both original, obscure, and not-so-obscure songs. A special love for the work of Burt Bacharach/Hal David infuses all their work. Their interpretations of songs are loose and arrangements will frequently interpolate snippets of other songs from their vast canon of material this is something they try to stop but can't.
