    "The multi-talented saxophonist George Young returns to the Great Hall with pianist Anthony Healy for an evening of jazz and standards. Young plays over ten instruments and has performed with Eric Clapton, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Pavarotti, Mick Jagger, John Lennon, James Brown, Frank Sinatra, Madonna, Dizziy Gillespie, Sony & Cher, Tony Bennett. George Ernest Opalisky Jr. a/k/a George Young, professional reed player since the late 50s, is a fine technician of fusion, jazz, swing, bebop and rock and a virtuoso in most of the reeds and specializes in the Tenor and Alto saxophones. Anthony Healy is a native of Boston and taught in Boston-area schools before pursuing a master's degree in jazz performance at Western Michigan University. Anthony currently serves as the Class Piano Coordinator at Western Michigan and works for The Gilmore Foundation, a nonprofit that brings group piano lessons to students in underserved populations.
