Description:
The Sandwich Bikeways & Pedestrian Committee, in conjunction with St. John's Episcopal Church, Sandwich Police Department, and MassDOT, will be holding a Free Bike Rodeo at the back of the Wing School on Saturday, April 28th, 9am 12pm.
The free event will feature bike inspections, riding tips, bike safety, free bike registration (for Sandwich residents) and an obstacle course. All who attend will receive a certificate of participation.
Although the event is geared for bike riders ages of 5 12, anyone is invited to attend and participate. Please bring your bikes and helmets and come on down!
In addition to the activities associated with bike safety, the Sandwich Fire Department will be on-site to provide safety checks of car seat installations.
