Description:
If you're a tea lover, this will be a wonderful break from the stress and strain of the holiday season. Gallery Gourmet and The Republic of Tea are joining together to offer you a special event this holiday season. Enjoy a traditional afternoon tea on December 5th with various flavours of hot tea, English crumpets, and other holiday fare while you drink and learn about tea. Your host will be Diane DiRoma, Minister of Northeast Commerce, The Republic of Tea. Ms. DiRoma will discuss the countries that produce tea leaves, the history of tea, proper steeping techniques, health benefits and more. Each guest will taste different teas as she discusses what makes each type - White, Green, Superfruit Green, Black and Red special and unique. Reservations are required
