Description:
The Solstice Singers will celebrate the holidays with lively Renaissance style holiday festivities including music, drama and dance. In addition to the Solstice Singers, the performances will feature renowned early music instrumental ensemble Passacaglia, dramatic English sword or Morris dancing, and the debut of a mummers play with a whimsical take on the Arthurian legend. The program includes such favorites as the Boars Head Carol and What Child is This , along with other selections reflecting the reverence and revelry of the season. Performances will be held in the historic Woods Hole Community Hall in Woods Hole, which will be richly dressed to match the elegant costumes of the performers.
Admission: ($18 at the door / $15 in advance) for adults ($15 / $12) for seniors & students children under 12 admitted free
