    The Barnstable Comedy Club opens its 89th season with Panama Club Directed by Ann Ring, Musical direction by Marcia Wytrwal, and choreography by Kelly Quealy. The Barnstable Comedy Club proudly presents Larry Marsland's Panama Club, a play with music that captures the mood and magic of a legendary nightclub that existed on Cape Cod during the years leading up to and during World War II. Featuring some of the greatest hits of the time and bubbling over with the joy of swing, Panama Club takes place over the weekend of the attack on Pearl Harbor and focuses on the impact of that event on the lives of young lovers. Some of the songs that are sure to take you on a trip down "Memory Lane" include MOONGLOW, STOMPIN' AT THE SAVOY, AS TIME GOES BY, SING, SING, SING, DANCING IN THE DARK, BOOGIE WOOGIE BUGLE BOY and many more.
