    This workshop which is the last in the series will help you become familiar with the options that are available and what you need to consider for the end phase of your life. We will have representatives from the legal field, nursing homes, hospice programs and Elder Service of CC& Is. to speak about what preparations need to be made for the end and where to go for assistance.
