Description:
This course is a refresher course designed especially for drivers age 50 and older. You will learn: defensive driving techniques, traffic laws and rules of the road, how to deal with aggressive drivers, how to handle problem situations, how to safely use anti locking brakes, air bags and seat belts, how to adjust to common age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction. This is a 4-hour course with breaks for moving about. Feel free to bring a snack if your wish.
You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course; there is NO final test you need to pass. Check with your auto insurance company as some of them do offer a discount if your complete the course.
