Description:
    Community Health Center of Cape Cod will hold its 10th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, October 4 at Pocasset Golf Club.
Registration begins at 10 AM for the 11:30 AM shotgun start.

All proceeds of the Tournament will benefit the programs and services of the Health Center.

The $225 per person fee ($900 per foursome) includes box lunch, cocktail reception and dinner.
