    Martha's Vineyard Wind Festival Oak Bluffs, Oct 12th A day-long event with kite-making for children starting at 10:30, with kids' kite-flying starting at noon. 20+ age-group starts flying at 2pm, and goes until dusk. There will also be a Model Sailboat event from 1-2pm. All events are free and open to the public!.Check the website for more details. 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
