Description:
The "Great Music on Sundays @5" series will conclude with a performance by Persephone's Daughters at 5:00pm.
The Plymouth based a cappella women's chorus will celebrate the joys of life in a program titled "Dance! Love! Sing! Live!" The eclectic performance includes music of the Beatles, Leonard Cohen, John Denver, Elton John, Hoagy Carmichael, Cole Porter and Richard Rodgers. The music will be woven together with writings of Maya Angelou, Martha Graham, Anne Morrow Lindbergh, Mary Oliver and Bernice Reagon, all read by Rev. Kate Wilkinson, who will join her mother, Persephone's director Lynne Wilkinson, for this special event.
Admission:$15, senior and multiple admissions discounts available. Children ages 12 and under admitted free.
