NESAA provides a safe haven for abandoned, surrendered and abused animals. This no kill, humane, nonprofit organizations mission is to end suffering of animals. They provide low cost spay/neuter assistance, medical care, a safe haven and care for feral cat colonies on Cape Cod and throughout Massachusetts.
