Welcome (France - 2009) Bilal, a 17-year-old Kurdish refugee, has made his way across Europe hoping to reunite with his girlfriend in England. When the authorities stop him in Calais, Bilal decides to swim the Channel. He is befriended by Simon, a local swimming instructor, and their friendship changes perspectives for both.
