Description:
All Dachshund, and their people and friends are invited to meet for a few hours of fun and frolic while helping less fortunate pets (last year over 100 doxies showed up). Dogs and owners are encouraged to come in costume as prizes will be awarded in several categories. There will be games, music T-shirts and the singing of the Dachshund Song. Donate Pet Food, Clean Used Towels & Blankets, Cat Litter and Pet Toys for the Cape Cod , plus Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue will be there to provide information. Owners may have their pet microchipped during the event in exchange for a donation to Coast to Coast at the event (normal cost for this procedure is around $60).
