FALMOUTH, Massachusetts September 22, 2012 - Neighborhood Falmouth is holding an Imagery Yoga Fundraising Event at the First Congregational Church of Falmouth located at 68 Main Street. The event consists of 2 sessions both 60 minutes in length. The first session will be held 10:00 to 11:00 am and features a Chair Yoga class to the theme Nature's Escape. This session has breathing and gentle stretching while seated in a chair and is for beginners. The second session will be held 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and features a Beginner Yoga class to the theme Safari Adventure. This session has breathing, stretching, and beginner postures on the floor, so bring a mat or towel. Wear comfortable clothing. Ages 12 to 112 are welcome. Tickets cost $15 per session.

Neighborhood Falmouth is a community-based membership organization whose mission is to provide information and services that will help members live independently, safely, and comfortably for as long as possible in their homes.
