    Eastham's Windmill Weekend "By the Sea, By the Beautiful Sea", takes place Sept. 11,12 & 13. Festival features talent show and fish fry on Fri. night; sand art contest, road race, indoor craft show, vehicle show, games and entertainment for all ages, and square dancing on Sat.; Sunday events include a parade at 1:00 p.m., chowder contest, children's games and lots more entertainment.
