Description:
The Friends of the Vineyard Haven Library on Martha's Vineyard host the annual Race for the Library, a 5k Run/Walk from the library to the West Chop lighthouse and back. There will also be a 1/2 Mile Fun Run for kids 13 & under. 5k starts at 10am; Fun Run starts at 9:45am; Registration begins at 8:30am.
The library is located at 200 Main St. in Vineyard Haven, walking distance from the SSA ferry terminal.
Advance registration $20 adults, $25 on race day; $5 children 13 and under. Advance registration forms are available at the library, and online at www.vhlibrary.org. Register on-site beginning 8:30am race day.
