The Moonlighters Big Band performs at Lobster on the Lawn

The Cape Cod Moonlighters Big Band is an 18 member group formed in 1989 to bring the classic Big Band Orchestra sound of the 30s, 40s and 50s to the region. In recent years that mission has expanded to include Big Band arrangements spanning the 60s through the present. Our goal is to provide you a musical experience that gives listening pleasure and brings back memories. We also strive to attract a new generation to the classic melodies, and introduce an older generation to some to the great new music that is being created. Great for the whole family. This performance is part of the weekly Lobster on the Lawn series and is free. Lobster rolls, grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, veggie wraps and Polar beverages will be available for purchase beginning at 4:30 pm. The public is welcome to picnic inside the tent or on the lawn.
