    10th Annual Fantastagorey Day
Once again, the Edward Gorey Houses biggest event of the year is unfurled on Saturday, August 4th. Fantastagorey Day is an All-Free-for-All afternoon of kids' fun at the Gorey Housea celebration of reading, books, animals, storytelling, the somewhat scary, the quite funny, and all things Gorey.
In addition to free admission to the House, kids of all ages, even adult kids, will enjoy face-painting, ongoing readings of both Gorey's books as well as other authors, mask-making, bookmaking puppet-making (as well as puppet shows where the creations get put to work), scavenger hunts and free snacks and beverages. Fantastagorey Day happens rain or shine and encompasses both the inside and grounds of the museum as well as the Gorey Barn.
Bring the family down (kids from 1 to 93) to enjoy a summer afternoon at Edwards House.
