    Having spent every summer of her childhood on the Cape has made the sights, smells and sounds of the Cape very special to Colleen Vandeventer.

The feel of warm sand underfoot, the smell of low tide and salt water. Thats what Im experiencing and what I hope to convey in my paintings. A memory, a captured moment, a glimpse of summer color.

Meet Colleen Vandeventer and see her oils and pastels of Cape Cod at Gallery 31 in Orleans. Light refreshments; all are welcome.
