The New England food festival scene is heating up just like the weather! Announcing the Cape Cod Food Truck Festival at the Barnstable Fairgrounds in East Falmouth (1220 Nathan Ellis Highway) on Saturday, August 25th. There are 11 festivals in total spanning from June through October, launching on June 10th with the Boston Food Truck Festival at UMass Boston Campus Center (rescheduled from May 26th) and ending in Newport. All festivals will take place from 11am to 4 pm.
Over 50 trucks from all over New England will be participating on a rotating basis; some will be at all, others in select communities. The list of participating trucks so far includes: Boston Speed Dogs, Trolley Dogs, M&M Ribs, Lobsta Love, Woodmans, Captain Mardens, Grilled Cheese Nation, Roxys Grilled Cheese, Leftys Silver Cart, Bon Me, Away Café, Chubby Chickpea, FiddleStix, The Whoo(pie) Wagon, The Sweet Truck, Lewis Brothers Ice Cream, Slush King, Daddys Fried Dough, Dels Lemonade, and so many more!

Attendees are invited to purchase "taste tickets" to be used like currency at the trucks. Tickets will be sold in increments of ten -- $10 for ten tickets and so on. It promises to be a great day with lots of memorable eating and activities!
